Following FIFA’s decision to lift its suspension on Brunei, the newly renamed National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) has appointed former FIFA referee Mohd Noor Abdullah, 62, as its new general secretary.
He served as an employee of the Department of Youth and Sports for 30 years and has been a FIFA and AFC referee and a match commissioner. He is also an ex-president of three national sports associations. He holds a degree in Sports Management and Administration from the University of Strathclyde in Glasglow.
