Women's football is "best way is to lose weight"

Research by power firm E.on, which sponsors England's FA Cup and Women's FA Cup, showed that regular football games were the best way to burn energy and lose weight. Don MacLean, Professor of Sports Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University, who conducted the study, told PA: "More and more women are waking up to the fact that they're not going to shed pounds with yoga once a week - they need the all over body workout that football can give you."
