The United Arab Emirates national football team will play South Korea on 30 June in Singapore as its final friendly before the Asian Cup tourmanent. Initially the warmup match was scheduled against Indonesia in Jakarta however UAE coach Bruno Metsu decided not to travel far from his team's training camp in Malaysia from 13 June to 4 July. The other three warm-up matches are unchanged: Malaysia on 21 June and Bahrain on 27 June 27, both played in Kuala Lumpur, and then Saudi Arabia on 24 June in Singapore. The UAE will leave for Vietnam on 4 July as the Asian Football Confederation asked the Group B teams to be present there by that date, Sayed Ali reported for Gulf News. UAE plays its first match in the finals against hosts Vietnam on 8 July.
