German football coaching specialist Klaus Stark has arrived in Pakistan to attend several Pakistan Football Federation seminars, tournaments and coaching courses. During his one-month assignment he will deliver coaching tips to Academy players and will be involved in the 6th National U-13 Festival of Football in Lahore from 20-27 January.
He is on a football short-term project, financed by the German Federal Foreign office in collaboration with PFF, German Football Association, Pakistan Olympic Association and the German Embassy in Pakistan. He is is a professional football coach, an instructor of the German Football Association and physical education teacher. He holds a German Football Teacher license, and Bundesliga and FIFA licenses.
Klaus became an Afghanstani hero when he took Afghanistan to a surprise 2-1 win over Sri Lanka in the 6th SAFF Championship at Karach. "PFF is lucky to have the services of such a coach," a PFF official told APP. "It is aprecious opportunity for Pakistani’s budding talents to learn from a coach of fine quality.”
