EM.Entertainment has secured deals with broadcasters in Asia for Goleo VI, the series featuring the official mascot of the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. Corpco Communications has taken the exclusive TV rights for China, and the series will air on CCTV. Corpco also acquired exclusive licenses for exploitation on video/DVD, video-on-demand and mobile entertainment in the Chinese market.
In South Korea, TV, video-on-demand and mobile content rights to the show went to distribution company Infiniss and in Indonesia SCTV took the exclusive free-TV broadcast rights.
Acording to World Screen, Goleo VI includes two separate productions: a puppet live action with 21x40-second episodes and a 3-D animation of 24x10-second episodes.
